Fortnite Has A Crossover Problem (But Can Fix It)

Not everyone pays attention to this game's lore and only true Fortnite fans know all the history behind this video game. However, these stories keep the fans excited about the new seasons, which usually come with changes in locations on the map and new and fascinating featu

Pro Fortnite players can build incredibly fast , but the same can't be said of everyone. Building is also a problem because casual players and those new to the game often struggle with it, which puts them at a marked disadvantage compared to experts. There's not much they can do against someone who can make a gigantic structure within seconds to provide nigh-impenetrable cover, or to trap them and shoot them like fish in a barrel. Building is more than a little complicated, often requiring split-second decisions and a quick mouse hand. It can put newer players off and is a skill best evolved through lots of repeated practice, serving almost as a form of gatekeeping for those who just want to have fun in a battle royale instead of having to construct massive structures on the fly in their pursuit of a coveted

A Bounty Board will need to be found in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 in order to accept a bounty, and they can usually be found near named landmarks or inside buildings. Accepting a bounty will assign a target. The target player should be nearby and will be marked on the map and minimap by a yellow circle. This circle indicates a search area that gets smaller the closer a player gets to their target. From the time the bounty is accepted, a six-minute timer will start. If the time runs out before the target is killed, then players will fail the bounty and they won't receive any rewa

There also isn't much reason not to at least have building as an option, especially since it's such a big part of the game's identity. It's vaulted a lot of good weapons and features, like the Sticky Grenades, so it doesn't need to get rid of something that helped it become the game that it is today. Fortnite could outlast other battle royale games for a long time if it does things right, so it needs to be careful with its permanent changes. Getting rid of building forever doesn't seem like it would do the game much good in the long run, and if it hadn't introduced Zero Build Mode, then players may have ended up demanding that **Fortnite ** return its signature feature eventua

The game could also make more all-new features if it wasn't so focused on crossovers. Underwater combat, a greater focus on melee, or something completely innovative that changes the game completely are all possible. Compared to previous Fortnite maps, Chapter 3 is arguably the best yet, and it's just one example of what the studio is capable of. With less crossovers and with a greater focus on gameplay innovations, _Fortnite _ could continue its resurgence and be more than just an opportunity for other franchises to promote

Since these are very precious items, it's very common for people to prioritize them over anything else. However, there's nothing more demoralizing than watching a teammate run to grab a crown first than to revive you. Fortnite is the real game of thro

It's a very dumb way to die since the game tells players soon enough where the next safe zone it's going to be. On top of that, players can pack a lot of medicine to heal themselves. It can be very funny, though, when players are running as fast as they can so they don't die in the storm. It's even funnier if, on top of everything, they have to carry an injured teammate. The last straw sometimes is arriving at the safe zone only to be killed by other players waiting just outside the st

One of the reasons why Fortnite 's building feature is so bad is because it makes the meta game boring. After being killed, or just while watching someone else play on YouTube or Twitch, players all building the same towers as everyone else and trying to shoot down their opponents' gets old fast. It seems like the game has become less about who's better at it and more about who's better at building. It can get repetitive both to play and to watch, even if it is a unique mechanic. There's also no shortage of ways for trolls to use building to infuriate unwary players, from boxing them into a cube to launching them with a bounce pad - also unique, but sometimes obnoxi

Being on TV shows, doing live interviews, and voice acting... I'm passionate about all this stuff. I've been on camera so much of my life, so I don't think I'm [unprepared]. I still get butterflies, but I think that, surprisingly, it's prepared me for pretty much everyth

This game has a lot of vehicles, and sometimes they add even more for different seasons. Some of them are deathlier than others, such as the battle bus. However, a good way of defeating an enemy is simply running over them, and it's even better if a player attaches a cow catcher to the car. The best part is that if the hit doesn't kill them, the fall surely w
