Intended as a reboot for the franchise, the game sought to use the best parts of previous 3D Sonic games whilst expanding on the series' lore with players being able to play as Sonic, Shadow, and a new hedgehog called Silver. The game was a total disaster, however, with poor level design, awkward controls, and ultimately unengaging gameplay. The game's storyline also featured a romance between Sonic and a human which fans have been trying to erase from their minds since 2006. With these negative aspects, the game cemented itself as the most hated in the Sonic franch

While Sam Wilson, better known as Falcon, is playable in surprisingly few games. While he has often been rumored to join Marvel's Avengers ' roster as a DLC hero, recent leaks seem to indicate that will not be the case, at least not in the near future. It is surprising how often overlooked Sam Wilson is in video games, especially considering that he has played a major role in the MCU since his introduction in Captain America: The Winter Soldier . His role has only grown over time, with the character eventually taking on the mantle of Captain America (mirroring his comics arc) following Steve Rogers' retirement, and starring in his own show, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier on Disn

Fortnite has a lot of crossovers, to say the least. Marvel and DC are some of the biggest, and most well-represented, franchises on the Battle Bus, but they're far from the only ones. Lara Croft, Stranger Things ' Demogorgon, and The Walking Dead 's Rick Grimes are just a few examples of the different skins that players can use in-game. The list has only grown as time goes on, and the question of who will be next is always coming up. Some, like Batman and Wolverine, are pretty cool-looking, even if they're a bit out of place. Others, however, like Rick Sanchez of Rick and Morty , don't transition well to Fortnite due to the aesthetic transition between a two-dimensional cartoon to a three-dimensional game. Some Fortnite skins like the Prowler can be unlocked by completing challenges, but others require players to purchase the season's latest Battle P

With Fortnite Season Switch 2 Innovative Gameplay releasing more quests and NPCs , the game still has its own identity, and its bright, vibrant colors and large amount of crossover properties reinforce that. However, losing building means that the game is now missing a key component, and one of the main skills that players have built up is currently useless to them. As it stands, adjusting to this new style may be frustrating for s

In addition to the tanks, there is another deadly vehicle for players to encounter this season, which is the Armored Battle Bus. While most players know it as the hot-air-balloon-bus hybrid that transports players to various map locations at the beginning of the game, players can now be hunted down by the bus itself, equipped with its own guns and turr

The most obvious thing that Epic could do to keep Fortnite 's Marvel and DC hero crossovers from taking over is to simply make less of them. No one is forcing Epic Games to put Kratos in a Battle Royale game after all, so the decision is ultimately up to it. More crossovers are likely in the works right now, so it might not be apparent for a while if the studio does decide to ease up on them, but it could go a long way to preserving the dignity of heroes everywhere, and helping Fortnite get back to its ro

Not helping matters is the fact that the new abilities added in Chapter 3, Season 2 are for the most part rather generic abilities. Sprinting is a mechanic that is in virtually any shooter, although it is admittedly a surprise that Fortnite went for so long without a sprint function. Likewise, the overshield is quite similar to the regenerating health that appears in several mainstream shooters, most notably the Halo franchise. In swapping out building for these other mechanics, Fortnite 's gameplay is a little less distinctive than it used to

Josh Brolin has played multiple comic book characters who have appeared in Fortnite , including X-Force's Cable and Avengers villain Thanos, but one of his more forgotten characters is overdue for a playable appearance. Jonah Hex first appeared in 1972's All-Star Western #10 and has gone on to headline several of his own comics series and a feature film, as well as playing a role on the CW's Legends of Tomorrow . Not a hero in the traditional sense, Jonah Hex began as a Confederate deserter during the American Civil War. After deserting his regiment - having grown disillusioned with the Confederate cause - Jonah Hex turned to a life of bounty hunting. While he worked for money, Jonah's personal code would not allow him to hurt the innocent, instead choosing to hunt down those he felt deserved

Fortnite is not new to introducing Marvel characters to its game and fans loved the addition of the Spider-Man skin and web-shooters from the previous season. Web-shooters made it incredibly easy for players to escape, and get from place to place at a rapid speed by swinging through trees and buildi
