There has been some speculation about the details of Exodus: Evacuation. As it wasn’t available until recently, fans have datamined information to get a general understanding of the quest and what tasks will need to be completed. Now, players have been able to experience the quest first-hand. It focuses on the same four planets. Players will have to complete four quests for each of the leaders on the planets. They won’t visit the planets in the same order they hade before. Players will have to speak to Commander Zavala again to access this qu

Guardians playing Bungie 's Destiny 2 The Final Shape 2 don't always have to head to battle guns blazing. However, other players with a flair for tactical battles might want to approach their missions with a degree of finesse. After all, what better way of keeping safe on the battlefield than by dealing damage from afar? And thanks to the Sniper Rifle, players can easily play with enemies from the rear while their allies pick them

The Seasons of the Drifter and Opulence added new modes such as the Reckoning and the Menagerie, gave lore-fiends interesting stories to chase, and re-introduced fan-favorite exotic weapons like Outbreak Prime, Bad Juju and The Truth. If it hadn’t been for the broken mess that was "The Revelry" event, these two seasons likely would have gone-off without much issue outside of the usual power and weapon balancing.

There's plenty of good gameplay to be had outside of the mid area, too. The outer corridors have a bit more space and can be useful for players wanting to set up flanks or looking to break an enemy's position if they are bunkering down in one spot. Overall, the variety is good here, and the map isn't overly big, which forces players into encounters fas

Shotgunning here might be a bit tougher unless players are confident in their ability to move into range without being demolished. Medium range and long range are fantastic here, but don't feel quite as oppressive as in Vostok, since snipers have to pick a very specific line of sights to shoot, and don't have a near-full view of their surroundi

Auto Rifles occupy the range between Pulse Rifles and Submachine Guns , bridging the gap between the longer-range and shorter-range options and giving players a safe middle ground to play within. This, paired with their characteristically low recoil, makes them arguably the most versatile primary ammo weapon t

In terms of overall builds, Hunters may want to consider relying on sheer speed to secure their targets as fast as possible. For instance, Snapshot Sights and Moving Target are great for getting into combat quickly, as both Traits boost ADS time - especially while mobile. Another interesting Trait includes Box Breathing, which boosts damage when waiting at ADS before firing - perfect for those who want to commit to the sniping r

Updated on September 9th, 2024, by Nathan Halsey: It's been a while since Hand Cannons have been this good in PvE, so this article has been thoroughly rewritten to reflect that. This list will encompass the best of both PvE and PvP, as this weapon type is an extremely useful pick in both modes. On the PvE end of the spectrum, Hand Cannons have gotten the new Heavy Burst archetype that gives the weapon type a new way to excel at close to mid-range. Many of the game's Exotic Hand Cannons are fantastic as of this writing, with Legendaries that are incredibly competitive, allowing players many options to keep a Hand Cannon somewhere in their loadout no matter what the activity calls

The draw of Quicksilver Storm is that it is a primary weapon that can periodically output the damage of a special weapon after achieving certain objectives. This puts it in spaces like Tarrabah, where it performs like a typical firearm most of the time, but allows for brief periods where it punches way above the belt of its weapon type. Quicksilver Storm does this via grenades that are charged and stored whenever its micro-missiles land on target. Gaining enough charges allows players to manually load and fire an explosive payload after holding the reload button and switching to an alternative fire mode. Not only does this do excellent single-target damage and assist in add-clear, but this gives players better control of their ammo economy as players can use the grenade launcher instead of their special and heavy weapons to save on a
