Elden Ring's Coolest Quest Is Loaded With Hidden Lore

Given the current readily available information, speculation and prediction has it that the next Armored Core game is in line to be fromsoftware multiplayer's next release. While neither Miyazaki or any other studio developer has officially confirmed this, recent 2022 leaks show Armored Core 6 is the game that's in the final stages of development at FromSoftware. Red Liquorice claimed, on January 8, to have done a consumer survey regarding a new Armored Core game. The individual didn't mention a title name, so there's no indication of whether it would pick the series back up from Armored Core 5 (2012) or - if the leaks are true - continue to expand on the brand in a different fashion, such as a standalone title or the beginning to a brand-new narrative and thematic thread for the series. Regardless, a new Armored Core game seems believable because it's been nearly a decade since the last one was publis

Elden Ring _ is full of hidden lore and intersecting quests, but the NPCs Rogier, Fia, and Ranni have the coolest and most lore-heavy quests. While each NPC has their personal quests, each of their quests overlaps at brief moments to reveal more about themselves and the history of the Land Between. These particular questlines serve an important role in the player's journey to becoming _Elden Ring 's Elden Lord , as it expands upon some of the hidden themes of the Lands Between and may even inform their decision over which ending to pur

Many of these item descriptions also mention a Gloam-Eyed Queen, an ancient being who was the ruler - or even progenitor - of the Godskin Apostles and Nobles. According to the Black Flame Ritual Incantation description, the Gloam-Eyed Queen was once an Empyrean chosen by the Two Fingers who served the Greater Will, while the Black Flame's Protection Incantation description suggests that the Godskin Apostles each received their Black Flame powers after receiving their Queen's embr

Long and convoluted questlines are common in Soulsborne games, with some of these quests being easily missed or so long they are forgotten, and the same can be said for Elden Ring. NPCs have their own questlines that often intersect with the main story or another NPC questline. The reason these quests are so worthwhile completing, though, is the revealed hidden l

Indeed, Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy did not need an army or the Elden Ring in order to fulfill his ambition to devour, grow, and evolve into a god-devouring abomination – he merely had to hunker down in his Volcano Manor, sending out his ruthless inquisitors and Abductor Virgin machines in order to capture worthy meals. When the armies of Leyndell marched to Mt. Gelmir in order to crush Rykard's heresy, they were likely met with a tide of horrors – magically animated murder machines, the Volcano Manor heretical Tarnished hunters of Elden Ring , and fire-wielding serpent-folk born from blasphemy its

Prelates Charge is a charge attack perfect for mowing down large groups of enemies. The weapon is slammed into the ground, creating a surge of fire, and then the player character charges forward, leaving a trail of flames in their wake. The flames continue to damage any enemies that were not killed in the initial cha

From a certain perspective, the gameplay and narrative of Elden Ring is merely the final chapters of a far longer and epic history the player only glimpses in fragments. Long before the player's Tarnished character returns to the Lands Between in search of the Elden Ring, mythical heroes and monsters left their mark on the world. Ancient dragons ruled the skies with crimson lightning, a mysterious gloam-eyed queen and her servants hunted gods with black flame, Elden Ring 's Queen Marika and Godfrey carved out a new dynasty with blade and golden power, General Radahn halted the stars in the sky, and the twins Malenia and Miquella grew a brand-new world tree that creatures of all shapes and sizes could call h

With the information currently available in the mainstream, it's difficult to pinpoint an exact title or sequel that might follow Elden Ring . However, there are certain releases that can, given the information provided by Miyazaki and other leaks, be ruled out for the next upcoming FromSoftware launch. Recently, rumors have begun surfacing from alleged insiders, and if they're accurate, they provide a reasonable case for a classic franchise to follow the company's hit Elden Ri

Unfortunately, once Remembrances are turned into runes, they're gone until a New Game Plus is started, in which players will have to defeat the same bosses once again to earn them - only the bosses get stronger with each restart. The good news is that the new game plus allows players to keep the weapons and levels they already earned from previous playthroughs, so it shouldn't be too difficult for an experienced Tarnished to obtain the Remembrance again; however, Elden Ring can take long to beat and might make the process for some too strenuous. One unique aspect to earning the same Remembrance twice is that powerful weapons can be dual-wielded to create an even stronger combination of attacks, making PvE and PvP more interesting. If players are only sticking to a single playthrough, though, turning the Remembrances into runes won't be worth the con of losing the special rewards from tough bosses, even if using Walking Mausoleums to duplicate them to help mitigate the l
